The positionBy joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

• Advise and support onshore plants within maintenance management and analysis.
• Perform maintenance management and analysis to drive improvements within safe and secure operations to support Equinor’s improvement agenda.
• Lead and participate in maintenance management projects in various areas; oil/gas and low carbon solutions, from early phase to implementation.
• Contribute to develop and standardize deliveries within maintenance management in projects and operation.
• Ensure implementation of improvements identified by analysis.
• Use digital opportunities to challenge and improve existing work processes.
• Contribute to development and implement strategies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience within maintenance management and analysis disciplines.
• Experience leading a team is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of digital tools, robotic process automation, programming and Power Platform.
• Ability to transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements.
• Strong in collaborations skills.
• Contribute actively to a good learning culture and experience sharing.
• Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
• Strong ability to drive improvement processes involving various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
