Job Purpose : Responsible for effectiveness of daily planning & scheduling of all maintenance activities ensuring availability of workforce, materials and services. Exhibits Cost centered approach with the focus on Improving work force productivity, minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing production outputs. Key Accountabilities: 1- Participate in daily Gate keeping of notifications and daily update meeting. 2- Gather required information for the plan (Perform field checks/ Review drawings/ Refer history/ Expert consultation). 3- Leading operation rhythm meetings on plant maintenance level like job selection session. 4- Comprehensively plan and estimate all Maintenance work orders in the area of assignment. 5- Participate in implementation of reliability studies in SAP enabler as applicable (RCM, RBI, RCA, Maint Strategy etc.). 6- Prepare vital Maintenance reports such i.e. Maintenance expenses analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Preventive Maintenance analytical Reports. 7- Monitor Maintenance Work Process compliance and provide recommendations for further improvement. 8- Monitor the implementation of refurbishment process & reservation efficiency. 9- Improve and ensure the quality of PM program and master data in SAP. 10- Focuses on PM Optimization through PM bundling, eliminating Non-value added Maintenance strategies. 11- Analysis and auditing of planning and maintenance Key Performance Indicators. 12- Monitor the Historical data for all maintenance notifications and work order confirmation is performed by execution prior to work order closure. 13- Identify area of improvements within plant maintenance master data such as Equipment Records, equipment replacements, Bill of Material (BOM), Task Lists etc. pertaining to his area and correct in alignment with Master data team. 14- Lead the implementation of asset maintenance work process (AMWP) related development strategies, AMKPIs improvement Plan developed by Central planning.
