Engineer / Technical Officer (Smart Metering, Field Operations)

What You'll Do: IoT Products Management Coordinate and support site survey of low power radio frequency devices Design of electrical systems for IoT products Support installation and replacement of IoT products and networking devices Carry out maintenance and upgrading of electrical, water meters and edge devices firmware Carry out troubleshooting of issues related to IoT products and ensure efficient resolution Ensure safety adherence at site at all times On-call standby and carry out on-site support for critical incidents Assist in planning, tracking and updating of daily on-site works Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for production issues to ensure fast turnaround Carry out meter batch testing Support for meters inventory and logistics Any other tasks assigned by supervisor What You'll Need: Bachelor / Diploma in IT, Communications, Mechanical / Electrical related discipline At least 1 year of experience with field deployments Good interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written skills in English A Strong team player with a positive mindset Strong knowledge of basic networking and RF communication Able to work with Low Voltage electrical systems and electrical meters Able to operate, analyse and diagnose faults on wireless network systems and perform system test with test equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Project management experience Proficiency in wireless sensors, TCP/IP networking, RF and Mesh networks will be added advantage Proficiency in understanding Electrical system and Single Line Diagram will be added advantage #LI-DNI Please click here "Apply", if you are keen to apply for this job.
