Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join our team in Dickinson, ND. This offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to support various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Process Improvement Projects: Help identify defects and implement corrective actions within manufacturing departments.
• Design and Conduct Experiments: Perform analysis of defects and assist in process development projects, including equipment changes and part storage.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to time studies, material flow, and waste analysis.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles: Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
• Create Engineering Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and standard work instructions for various processes.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and other tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Duration:

• This is for a period of 3-4 months.
