Pruitt Tool & Supply, Co. is currently seeking candidates for an Engineering at our corporate offices in Fort Smith, AR.

We are an API Q1 Quality Management Certified company and we manufacture/refurbish specialized drilling equipment used in the oil and gas industry.

We are seeking an Engineering student to support the work of our Design Engineers and Engineering Technicians. The person selected for this position will be able to apply their academic knowledge to actual Engineering work. The hired for this position will do a variety of tasks that could include updating file properties in AutoDesk Vault, assisting with CAD drawings, analyzing report data, assisting with test design and implementation, conducting research, etc.

Qualifications for this position include the following:

• Strong interest in engineering principles and design concepts.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additionally, incumbent must be extremely detail oriented, able to think creatively to solve problems, possess an aptitude for troubleshooting problems using logic and critical thinking skills and be able to multi-task and easily transition from one task to another.

Candidate selected must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
