As Engineering Applications Administrator you perform all necessary activities related to engineering applications used in TEN NL engineering workflow. This involves set up and configuration of the engineering application(s) in accordance to project requirements and TEN standards. As well as pro-actively advise users on any issue or query during engineering execution of a project in order to achieve a smooth functioning of the systems. Further, you support / assist other Engineering Application Administrators with the performance of their assignments. Ensure timely maintenance and update of the engineering data base and tools Ensure operational support of the engineering group in the use of the tools Review Customer applications and systems requirements and incorporate in project related application Prepare hours estimates and detailed planning of own work Timely report changes effecting manpower and schedule by means of CN procedure and follow-up upon Department and Project Manager’s approval Report status, progress and manpower forecast to the project manager and departmental manager Incorporate lessons learned (Quality Deviation Lists, Quality Improvement Points), if this concerns modification to engineering application Issue regular reports to Project management and Client Represent Technip Netherlands and manages relationships with external stakeholders like suppliers and customers, and internal stakeholders, other departments and Technip entities. About YouCatch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical or Information Engineering Minimum of 5 years of significant (know-how and practical) experience in field of expertise Knowledge of engineering applications generally applied in the petrochemical engineering business, such as Smart Plant and AVEVA applications, and other CAD software’s, etc. English at professional level, both written and spoken Other relevant skills: Knowledge of CAD/CAE related information management systems, specifically Oracle Programming skills in software systems, such as Visual Basic, SQL Familiar with engineering execution practices applied in the petrochemical engineering business Inclusion StandardsIn our continuous journey to developing and building culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards.
