Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the distribution engineering field.
Familiarity with distribution system design software and tools. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations governing distribution systems.
Basic project management skills, including project planning and documentation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety. Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
