Engineering Boilermaker Foreman - Mining

Hire Resolve's client, is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Boilermaker Foreman to join their well-established mining company in Gauteng. Responsibilities: Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, and other metal structures Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all fabrication and welding work Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety Supervise a team of boilermakers and provide guidance and support as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety Plan and schedule work to meet production targets and minimize downtime Interact with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate work and resolve issues Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements Grade 12 Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaking/Plating Engineering Foreman Certificate 5 years' experience as an Engineering Foreman within the mining industry.
