As such, our software offers essential support for missions ranging from combating piracy to defense against long-range missiles.For its Naval Applications Engineering department, Thales (Hengelo) is looking for a talentedSenior Agile Coachwith a passion for software development and the ambition to advance his or her career within a high-tech environment in a coaching role.About the teamYou will work within the Software Engineering and System Engineering discipline, spanning across 200+ engineering professionals and will be a leader the field of Agile Coaching towards teams, scrum masters and other stakeholders.About your future jobAs an Agile coach in the Combat Management Systems Segment, you coach international multidisciplinary and multi-site teams that work in a scaled agile way on delivering the right product for our customers. These teams are working on system engineering level, developing of the software components and integrating of the solution. Your focus is on the engineering process, the progress of the value creation and the transparency of the progress reporting.The Agile coach, in cooperation with the engineering teams, is responsible for a stable and predictable value creation, is able to motivate improvement approaches to engineers and management and he/she is capable to manage/monitor change processes.You are in the lead in organizing the feedback/review meetings and monitors results and action plan resulting from these consultations.You work closely with other agile coaches to improve the Scaled Scrum Framework.Our team is looking for ambitious colleagues who are eager to support our engineers in doing the right things on the right moment.You are an ambassador for our culture, which is based on trust, transparency and excellence.
