In this critical leadership position, you will play a key role in maintaining plant and equipment efficiency, ensuring operational productivity, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment. Oversee preventative maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production output. Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization, automation, and project management. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, with a focus on production or manufacturing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in production systems and continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills, with experience in project management and compliance with safety regulations (WHS, HACCP). This role offers a competitive salary of $130k-$150k, depending on experience plus superannuation and bonus potential.
