Req ID: 73719 Job DescriptionPOSITION OBJECTIVE: Lead and coordinate MXLI's Reliability/Calibration/ESD functions, meeting performance and budget objectives of 3 areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities include directing, leading and managing Reliability, Calibration and ESD activities in Mexicali. Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Main Activities: Coordination of Reliability programs, Liaison with corporate reliability functions, Main Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish; 8 years of experience in semiconductors manufacturing, Familiar with ANSI20:20 and Calibration procedures, Reliability or Quality certified engineer by ASQ or similar is preferred, Main Competencies: Teamwork and Communication skills, Program management, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA, Automotive Core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, CP) Experience and Education: Engineering Degree (major in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical or similar), Master degree preferable.
