Responsibilities: Prepare, monitor, and control Capex and Opex across site to reduce costsProject ManagementContinuous ImprovementOversee unique planner implementation for planned preventive maintenance & instrument calibrations to enable effective maintenance and adherence to standardsOptimise breakdown maintenance to avoid recurrence and maintain continuous process operations by reviewing critical parts availability and PPM adherence to scheduleSupervise Engineering Operations like Utilities and Systems for Mirren site to ensure continuous utility maintenance and availabilityIdentify new vendors and technologies and ensure capability building of engineering team through training and experiential learning to improve machine performanceCreate and monitor safety standards along with HSE to achieve high level of Safety at site to minimize reportable accidents/ incidencesOversee implementation of automation and resource conservation projects (electrical, thermal, energy saving & water saving) by evaluating its returns, scope and implementation feasibility to reduce cost and make the plant energy sustainableDrive / Support Unit Team for execution of Brownfield and Greenfield projects by reviewing schedule, budgets, and timelines in order to ensure smooth project executionCreate and monitor high level of quality standard along with QA for the facility, machinery, and documentation system in departmentCapability building, Team Building through training and learning Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldQualification of HVAC and utilitiesGCC15 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing (Maintenance and Projects).
