Engineering Manager

JOB – Engineering Manager (with progression to Director level) LOCATION – Hampshire TERM - Permanent SALARY – competitive depending on experience A Hampshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Engineering Manager will ideally have the following attributes: HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline. Strong background in Control Systems Engineering – full life cycle. Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments. Previous experience managing teams. Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings. Excellent communication skills. The duties & responsibilities will include: Leading & overseeing projects from concept to completion & managing the entire project life cycle. Lead & develop the engineering team. Providing support when required. Communicating with management teams & stakeholders. Ensuring burg Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times. Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
