Engineering Manager

I am currently on the hunt for an Engineering Manager to join an FMCG business. This excellent opportunity will oversee all capital projects and have an oversight of the maintenance program. Reducing cost and improving plant effectiveness, including preventative and predicative maintenance, and asset management. You will be managing budgets within limits set by the Operations Director and coordinating with various teams to manage strategic projects.



What you’ll do:



* You will be responsible for the control of all Contractors working on site, maintaining all relevant Permits to Work and RAMs through a Contractor Management System



* You will Develop and maintain the strategic 5-year capital plan



* You will be managing the site capital process and seek to continually improve the installation of plant such that the facility complies with current and anticipated regulatory and UK Standards.



What you’ll bring:



* Leadership- strategic planning, decision making, team motivation



* Lean skills- proficient in TPM and 5s for efficiency and organisation



* Communication- strong written and verbal communication for clear collaboration



* Budgeting- Effective budgeting management and cost control



* Technical skills- Advanced Excel, MS project and AutoCAD proficiency



* Educated to BSc/BEng in engineering - manufacturing or process engineering



Whats on Offer?



* Salary £65,000 - £70,000



* 10% Bonus
