Network IT a looking for Engineering Manager for one of our clients based in Chippenham. The role is to join an accomplished team managing 14 engineers in a busy team. This role would be great for anyone that has hands on Development experience as well as Management experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams within an agile software management environment.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments, including, Quality Assurance and Operations to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
