Job Title –Engineering Manager

Industry – Automotive & Transport

Salary – £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Shift – Day Shift, Monday to Friday

Location – Winchester

 

I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Winchester area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Engineering Manager.

 

Requirements for Engineering Manager:



Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Workshop Manager is essential

Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

Car driving licence is essential, PSV licence is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Effective team management skills 

Engineering Manager Duties:



Deliver high standards of customer service

Set and ensure KPIs are met by the engineering team

Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff

Oversee preventative maintenance

Ensure Health & Safety is being adhered to at all times
