Engineering Manager

Job Description ACG_2408_JOB Our client, a top-notch FinTech company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.  Act as Scrum Master or Project Manager to be in charge of product delivery; therefore ensure it adheres to project requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with the Product Manager and Development Team to manage projects throughout all phases. Assess and evaluate proposed solutions, including any technical aspects related to the assigned projects. Manage technical teams by tracking performance, providing feedback, and assessing their development to enhance their career paths. Take responsibility for the growth of team members by assigning appropriate tasks and promoting skill-building activities. Serve as a liaison for team members and assist in addressing work-related concerns or issues raised by subordinates. Establish and maintain good working relationships with other teams or departments to ensure effective collaboration within the organization. Requirements Minimum of 8 years working in software industry, including at least 3 years as a leader/ manager of engineering projects.  Proficient English is a must.  Experience at senior level in back-end, code with Ruby on Rails and DevOps. Practical know-how in designing, developing and delivering high-quality products.  Excellent interpersonal and leadership skill set.  Candidates with PMP or Scrum certification are preferred.  Benefits Hybrid working with a package of 16-24 paid days off annually. 13-month salary.
