Our Energy client are powering the future - and we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Lincolnshire Power Station team.

Your day-to-day

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert leading the Maintenance Department.

You'll be working in a gas-powered station, so knowledge of working with within this environment is key.

A hands-on role where you’ll tackle challenges head-on, from managing contractors to leading pressure system inspections and ensuring environmental compliance.

You’ll work to maintain the plant’s performance while keeping safety and sustainability at the forefront.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop innovative maintenance procedures achieving reliability and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and empower a skilled maintenance team.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Plan and coordinate power train outages with precision.

About you

• Strong knowledge of industrial gas turbines, steam systems and pressure system safety regulations.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
