Making this an excellent opportunity to progress your career. Our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.\n\nAs an Engineering Manager you will oversee 4 Engineering Shift Team Leaders and you will manage a team of 6 on day shift. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective management of all engineering activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Point of call for escalations for any major down times and breakdowns of machinery\n* Reporting\n* Attend internal meetings\n* Prioritise work-load\n* Plan PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work for the weekend\n* Proposing continuous Improvement projects, Planning, and executing strategies for completing projects on time\n\nAbout You\nYou will be a fully qualified/time served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer. You will ideally have experience within the food industry.
