Engineering Manager

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager who has lead small teams across a global platforms, ideally with some exposure to Cyber Do you take pride in your teams work and strive for success through clear communication, leadership and accountability? Are you looking for a large enterprise environment where you will be responsible for a small global team who engineer the solution integration used to detect and respond to advanced cyber security threats?   If this sounds like you please read on...   The current team is technically strong but needs an engineering manager to lead from the front and navigate them to improve their automation and orchestration strategy globally. You will focus on shaping the strategy of the platform teams by integrating systems, driving both the roadmap and delivery. You will be a strong communicator who can manage stakeholder and customer expectations, to understand needs and leading the team to deliver solutions according to requirements. Key Responsibilities : You are an engineering manager with 5-10 years of leading teams of engineers and helping them develop. You will understand how to integrate internal systems such as SIEM ,  SOAR, UEBA and TIP (threat intelligence platforms) and suppor cyber security or security adjacent teams.
