Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor required to join a world leading distributors of hydraulic products, applications and solutions.\n\nEngineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor shall be responsible for the management of multiple engineering departments, such as technical, procurement, facilities, and production.\n\nThe Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor must have managerial experience within a production / manufacturing environment.\n \nPackage\n\n£50,000 – 60,000\nBonus\n25 days Holiday + bank holiday\nOffice work\nPhone, laptop plus additional benefits. \nEngineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor role\n\nResponsible for the management of multiple engineering departments, such as technical, procurement, facilities, and production.\nEnsure the smooth running of multiple complex machines and their mass production of Hydraulics, Motors, Actuators, cylinders.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the maintenance of Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality.\nEnsure that budgets are met, including the preparation of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets.\nAct as the strategic manager for multiple engineering disciplines.\nOversee and coordinate the employee development, ensuring adequate training is provided for all.\nLiaise with various engineering departments.\n \nEngineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor requirements\n\nExperience as an Engineer manager, head of engineering, engineering lead, engineering director, technical manager, engineering supervisor, technical director, branch manager, general manager, or similar head of engineering role.\nWill ideally have experience in Engineering management.\nMust have experience operating in a production / manufacturing environment that includes multiple machines producing multiple products.\nThe successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of complex machinery / systems such Hydraulic, Actuators, cylinders, motors or similar complex engineering machinery / systems.\nSpecific knowledge of industrial Hydraulics is advantageous.\nA technical engineering degree is advantageous.\nWillingness to commute
