Driven by You.About the roleThe role involves overseeing the development and maintenance of mobile applications to ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture. You will manage and mentor a team of mobile developers while acting as an Agile Product Owner, defining product vision and backlog priorities. Responsibilities include promoting agile best practices, ensuring code quality, performance, and security, and driving technical strategy and decision-making. Additionally, you’llbe responsible for managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Main responsibilities:Overseethedevelopmentandmaintenanceof apps in ourecosystem, ensuringalignmentwith business goalsandenterprisearchitecture. Manageand mentor a teamof mobile developers. Act as theAgileProductOwner, definingproductvisionand backlog priorities. Collaboratewith stakeholders togatherrequirementsandensurealignmentwith business goals. Overseethedevelopmentand delivery of mobile applications. Ensureadherencetoagilemethodologiesandpromoteagileexcellencewithintheteam. Ensurebestpractices in codequality, performance, andsecuritywithintheteam. Mentor anddevelopteammembers, fostering a cultureofcontinuousimprovementandinnovation. Managetimelines, resources, and budgets, ensuringtimelyandwithin-scope delivery. Drive technicalstrategyanddecision-making, ensuringtheadoptionofmoderntechnologiesandmethodologies.Key Qualifications and Experiences:Bachelor’sdegree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated discipline. MBA orequivalentispreferred. 7+ yearsofleadershipexperiencewithlarge, global IT teams, focusingonthedevelopmentlifecyclewithinproductteams. Demonstratesstrongcapabilities in cross-functionalcollaborationandmanagingdiverse, multicultural teams in a matrixorganizationto drive performance andinnovation. 10+ yearsofexperience in mobile development, withatleast 3 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in mobile development frameworks such as ReactNative. Excellentleadership, communication, andorganizational skills. Provenexperiencetomanageand mentor a teamofdevelopers, buildinghighlyskilledproductteamsandoperating as a changeagent. Experience with CI/CD pipelines andautomatedtesting. Strong problem-solving skills andtheabilityto make strategicdecisions. 3+ yeardemonstrableexperience in AgileandProductteam workflows, includingepics, features, stories, sprints, and backlog management. Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs. Strong problem-solving skills andtheabilityto make strategicdecisions. Experience with MACH Architecture. Strong senseofurgency in deliveringresultsand high cross-cultural awarenessandsensitivity. Provenabilityto lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business andsecureoperatingenvironment. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills. Strong analyticalandproblem-solving skills andpassion for productdevelopment.
