Roles & Responsibilities· Responsible for General Process Procedure (GPP), plans, organizes and manages the Engineering process of the company / projects.· Ensure that the engineering department adheres to the company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of Project requirements.· Ensure the project Quality Management, System supports deliverables preparation and method of execution.· Generate and authorize key documents including those directing Engineering strategy and implementation.· Manage the Technical Scope and ensure instructions are issued to allow work to progress.· Facilitate agreement between conflicting requirements and lead the way forward.· Challenge working method and deliverables.· Ensure project team knowledge sharing and comply with project scope.
