You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, configuring JIRA workflows and dashboards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other support engineers, developers, and product managers to improve the quality and usability of Atlassian products.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, chat, or web portal.Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to JIRA and other Atlassian products.Configure JIRA workflows, schemes, permissions, screens, fields, and dashboards according to customer needs and best practices.Provide guidance and training to customers on how to use JIRA and other Atlassian products effectively and efficiently.Document solutions and workarounds in the knowledge base and the ticketing system.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.Provide feedback and suggestions to the product development team on how to improve the features and functionality of Atlassian products.Stay updated on the latest product releases, patches, and bug fixes.Custom Application Development for GenMab.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT administration.Additional 1 year of team leadership experience.Strong knowledge and experience with JIRA and other Atlassian products, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.Proficient in JIRA configuration, administration, and customization.Ability to create and modify JIRA workflows, schemes, permissions, screens, fields, and dashboards.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience with SQL, Java, JavaScript, REST API, or other programming languages is a plus.Certification in Atlassian products or ITIL is a plus.Education Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End DateJune 30, 2024
