You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing and deployment. You will also ensure that the applications meet the clients' expectations and adhere to the best practices of quality, security, and performance.ResponsibilitiesManage the service delivery team and assign tasks, priorities, and deadlines.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.Coordinate with the technical team to design, develop, and test custom applications using Java, C++, and HTML/CSS.Monitor and report on the progress, status, and issues of the projects.Ensure that the applications are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specifications.Provide technical guidance and support to the team and troubleshoot any problems.Ensure that the applications comply with the quality standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks.Conduct post-delivery reviews and feedback sessions with the clients and the team.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.At least 9 years of experience in developing and delivering custom applications using Java, C++, and HTML/CSS.Includes 3 years of experience in managing service delivery teams and projects.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Customer-oriented and quality-focused mindset.Education Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?NoGovernment Clearance Required?NoJob Posting End DateJune 30, 2024
