Our vibrant employee communities respect and value individual experience and perspective as we aim to improve lives and the access to healthcare.A Day in the Life Responsible for rolling out PMO (Project Management Office) tools for project management.Lead and own the automation roadmap for current manufacturing.Collaborate with sister facilities on automation alignment and sharing of roadmap for process alignment.Plans, directs, and implements all aspects of the company's design and development of software systems.May develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems or reliability systems and standards pertaining to materials and techniques.Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies.Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, and processes.Directs the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.Manages feasibility studies of the design to determine if capable of functioning as intended.Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development.Organizes the coordination of activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Must Have: Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Your profile: Must have experience in planning for site strategy for automationMust have experience within the manufacturing fieldEstablished project manager with solid experience in timeline management; certification a plus but not requiredCome from a mechanical/technical backgroundExcellent presentation skillsExperience with PMO (Project Management Office) would be an advantageExperience with medical devices is a plus
