The Role:
As the Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects across multiple sites. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-site CAPEX projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including internal engineering staff, contractors, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, focusing on risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites.
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, sustainability, and operational excellence.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution of issues.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing CAPEX budgets, with successful project delivery on time and within scope.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
