Job Summary:

Baerlocher USA headquartered in Cincinnati, OH is looking for a results-driven Project manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact. This position will lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of key operational projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with company goals. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, production, and operations teams to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project process to assure efficiency and structured execution and compliance with requirements of Global Engineering and Process Safety
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Project Manager Requirements

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. Must be a team player, comfortable managing multiple tasks with solid problem-solving aptitude.

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the manufacturing sector
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Engineering software including CAD
  • Ability to use business systems SAP
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
