Seeking a Strong Engineering Aptitude (BSEE is a plus) alongside solid Project Management Experience...will be the Key-Point-Person for Communication surrounding Project-System Builds from Inception through final phase Delivery, will manage multiple projects and have ongoing communication with External Business Customers and Internal Teams including Design+Build Engineering, Field Engineering, Electronics Production/Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales and Senior level Management.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven Project management experience including: ability to manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously while communicating with project stakeholders (including external clients and internal Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, Accounting, Sales and other teams); Must Have Very Solid Oral and written Business Communications experience; Must Be comfortable working in a highly visible/highly communicative role.
• Solid Business Judgement and Excellent Task-Project Prioritization Experience (good time management skills)
• Able to define, re-define and interpret external client technical (Electronic Manufacturing/System Build) needs into workable project deliverable and technical specs for systems that are to be built and designed (AutoCAD experience is a plus; must have the ability to read-interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Experience working in a similar role for a company that builds-designs-delivers-customized PLC based Electronic Control Systems, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Automation Control or similar systems is a strong plus; Experience working in a similar role within the electronics Manufacturing industry is .
• Technical Skills: Should have 'knowledge' of most of the following: PCB (printed circuit boards), PLC (programmable logic controllers), Networks/Network Connectivity (Windows, Ethernet, Cisco, RF, fiber, TCP/IP, RF, RS 232/485), Electronic Components (resistors, capacitors, etc.), electrical and mechanical wiring/assemblies, Software Development and/or Databases.
• Experience working closely with (creating and customizing): External Client Specific System build specs, RFP/RFI correspondence, System Change or Update requests, business letters (form confirmations, requests, changes, etc.).
• Experience using an ERP and/or CRM system, solid MS Office Skills (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook); must be 'extremely' computer literate
• Should be familiar with most of the following: job costing (hours vs. materials); list of parts/bill of materials, commercial warranties, payment terms, freight shipping documentation/paperwork, purchasing/Purchase Orders
• A College Degree in Engineering is (MBA is a plus)
