Engineering Shift Manager required to lead a maintenance team on Shift in a fast paced & growing FMCG business for a market leading company commutable from Falkirk, West Lothian, Stirlng & Fife.This position is based on a day/night shift pattern. Based in Edinburgh!!\n\nThe Role:\n\nProvide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.\nManage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams\nLead team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment\nSchedule, collate and generate data on a monthly basis of all site plant from a condition monitoring viewpoint, highlighting pre-fail components The Candidate:\n\nMust be a good communicator\nDetailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment\nRecognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline\nUnderstanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs\nMust have been in a leadership role within engineering and has extensive experience of managing people\nMust be or have been a multiskilled engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing preferably FMCG
