Engineering Specialist (Change Management)

Job Description 1. Assessing change readiness at Enterprise data service and team member level2. Identifying and coordinating activities to increase change readiness3. Assessing stakeholders and planning engagement4. Creating and implementing communication plans5. Building a network of change champions6. Define change measurement plan and develop or source change measurement instrument7. Monitor and control all change activities8. Define and assess impact of change; develop and maintain change management plan9. Prioritize changes based on emergency impact, normal impact and resource availability10. Risk assessment of change activity of Enterprise data service11. Change authorities/approvers are : Pre-approved Standard Change Normal change Emergency change12. Ensuring the change request is approved before the change is implemented13. Submitting the Change Request and Notifications to Enterprise customers is daily planning14. Creating policy change activity process with team member15. Creating monthly report change activity and analysis for improvement plan16. Evaluation performance major change activity17. Coordinate change activity with change management center of organization18. Monitor change progress and highlight where corrective action neededQualification1) Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences and 5 years’ experience in ITSM, Support Management or Service Delivery Management or a related field2) At least 5 years’ experience working Telcom & IP Networking3) At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Change Activity Management for IT operation service 4) Experience in ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation as a plus5) Change Management based on ITIL3 or ITIL4 Framework6) Very good understanding of Change Management process7) Strong interpersonal and teamwork oriented8) Being flexible and open to regular changes9) Desire to continue learning and improving10) Inspired leader with a teamwork approach11) Good communication-negotiation skill, English and Thai is excellent (written and oral) RecruiterPitchaporn Sukittipattanakul (พิชชาพร สุกิตติพัฒนากุล)
