A Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all Engineering and Facility activities across both of our client's sites through a mixture of hands on and delegatory means.



Other duties will include:



Efficiently supervise and provide support to the team of technicians on any technical matters.

To improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible

Monitor and report on KPI's for department

Undertake engineer audits for machinery where necessary

Deliver Tool Box Talks.

Manage all aspects of engineering in relation to all works, from planning to completion

Developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product quality THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



Formal engineering qualification

Electrical and mechanical Installation experience required

Good understanding of health and safety practices champions this across site and looks out for others. IOSH or higher

Good hydraulic knowledge

Good Pneumatic Knowledge

Good knowledge of food safety expectations and upholds them to ensure we never risk our products.
