Engineering Team Leader

Engineering team leader will be accountable for planning and executing thin film plant inspections, maintenance and to ensure that all equipment can operate safely and normally. The engineering team leader will also assist in optimization and improvement of process and production safety. Establish an inspection system: Establish an inspection team.Set-up inspection goals and policies.Set-up the authority and responsibilities of all personnel in the inspection team.Develop an inspection system including management details, supervision system, SOP, and WI, etc.Develop inspection checklist.Implement the inspections according to the system.Measurement effect.Take corrective and preventive actions.Improve the system.Develop and implement equipment maintenance:Plan and execute maintenance programs.Contract planning and execution.Spare parts planning and execution.Cooperate with facility department to implement the maintenance.Perform emergency repairs.Optimization and improvement of process:Assist the production and facility departments in optimizing the processes and improving production safety, etc.Manage and develop employee: Manage personnel according to company policy and develop team members. Collaborate with other function group: Assist relevant departments to ensure all equipment can operate safely and normally.Control and manage expense & Capex: Control the expense to meet operation plan and Capex investment for the future business requirement. Who You AreEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering are preferred.Working Experience: 8+ years of maintenance experience in the chemical industry preferred.3+ years of experience in leading people.Technical & Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the maintenance of BSGS, chiller, pressure vessel, rotary equipment, scrubber, cleaning room, HVAC, firefighting system, I&C, electrical, motor, etc.Applicants with experience in chemical plant maintenance are preferred.Good English speaking and writing are a plus.Ability to communicate and coordinate across functions. Applicants with knowledge of precursors on thin film depositions for semiconductor are preferred.Active engagement in digital solutions to upskill the teams and elevate operational management to next level. Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus. Self-motivated, able to work independently to resolve technical issues.Additional Information: We welcome international candidates and non-native Chinese speakers.
