The role also involves customer communication and daily record-keeping of job metrics. Responsibilities Assess and survey projectsLead a small crew for landscape construction, tree planting, fencing, grading/excavation, mulch installs, planting projects ect.Efficiently plan and execute horticultural tasks, including planting, treatment, pruning, and careHandle and transport nursery stock, manage soil and sod tasks, fertilize, and maintain equipmentMust be able to operate a large truck with large trailer safely and effectively Equipment floating experienceAssist in landscape construction, track job metrics, and ensure safety complianceAdhere to all company and local regulationsEngage courteously with customersQualificationsCLEAN AND VALID G CLASS LICENSE - MANDATORY Completed college or vocational training with Horticulturist, Landscape Construction Certification, CLT or CHT Certification3-5 years’ experience in the field along with leading peopleProficient in plant identification, especially trees and shrubs Ability to interpret blueprintsPhysically fit with stamina; must be able to lift 50 poundsSkilled in measurement, safety, detail-oriented tasks, problem-solving, and communicationRequires working near heavy machinery, outdoors in varying conditions, and flexible hours, including weekendsProficient in EnglishClintar is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
