Daniels Engineering, Inc. is please to present this letter as an advertisement for an entry-level Civil Engineering Position that entails the follow duties and responsibilities:

1. Cad Design (Power Geopak – Microstation)
2. Surveying (mapping existing right of ways and easements using recorded plats and legal descriptions)
3. Review of As-built drawings to aid design
4. Construction site visit to aid in design
5. Assist Engineer of Record in completing permit applications with the appropriate local agencies and municipalities
6. Attending meetings or pre-construction conferences.
7. EI Certificate but not required, but must attain in 6 months from hire date

The typical work schedule is as follows:

• 40 hrs. per week, Mon. thru Fri. – 8am to 5pm, lunch is from 12pm to 1pm, position is hourly.
• Paid Holidays (Christmas & Thanksgiving)

The annual projected salary amount is $45,000 to $52,000 per year based on and contingent to working a 40-hour weekly schedule. 

Projected Salary Increase Milestones:

• Professional Engineer Exam (PE), salary negotiable based on performance and avg.
• 3% annual raise (in-line with the inflation rate)

Reimbursables:

• Personal Vehicle usage for work related activities is reimbursed per the most current IRS rate
• Exam fees (e.g., EI & PE)
