Job DescriptionJob DescriptionManufacturing Entry Level Non-Technical Program/Project Manager needed for a long-term contract opportunity with a almost certain chance of going permanent with Yoh’s client located in Gloucester, Massachusetts. This company is the world's largest semiconductor fabrication equipment supplier based on revenue. It is also a leading supplier of LCD fabrication equipment to the flat panel display industry and of solar PV manufacturing systems to the solar industry.

Day Shift from 8 am to 4:30 pm on site $30.00 per hour
What You Need to Bring to the Table: 

• Worked in a Corporate Manufacturing Setting before
• Must live close to Gloucester, MA
• Internship or up to 2 years of experience
•  Excellent on Microsoft Office all applications
• Self starter hit the ground running
• Ability to talk with Technicians and communicate well in order to document policies and procedures You Will Be Doing:

• Document policies and procedures by talking with technicians and understanding exactly what they do.
• Document policies and procedures pertaining to safety on a regular basis in technician language.
•  Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.
• Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
• Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented, and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
• Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate.
• Support data collection for materials & financial resources.
• Able to instruct other personnel, proper usage of safety program.
• Willingness to Become Licensed with various organizations to perform the duties.
