Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City UT

Pay Rate:$21-23/hour

We’re looking for a motivated operations professional to join our XIG Operations team. This role is at the center of financial operations, supporting a wide range of investment products including equities, money markets, derivatives, and asset-backed loans. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, operational excellence, and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform daily operational tasks across global portfolios

✔️ Support risk management and regulatory functions

✔️ Drive process improvement and system enhancements

✔️ Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

✔️ Communicate effectively across teams and with clients

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required

1–5 years of experience in operations or financial services

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to new systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
