Entry-Level or Experienced Construction Position

Get A Grip Construction Services is a company that specializes in aging-in-place construction, making homes accessible for seniors and people with disabilities. We are seeking an entry-level or experienced individual to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the basics of aging-in-place construction, including the installation of grab bars, wood railings, ramps, and other accessibility features

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:

• No previous experience required, although experience working with tools is recommended for entry-level applicants

• Previous experience in construction or remodeling for experienced applicants

• A willingness to learn and grow within the field of aging-in-place construction

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
