Entry Level Sales Representative - Renewable Energy

TRM is currently working with a renewable energy recruitment company and is actively looking for four trainees to join their team. The business is currently 7 heads and has ambitions to scale the business to 20 heads by the end of 2025.

Founded in August 2023 - The business had an excellent first year generating more than 7 figures in revenue.


Founded by founders who have a combined 30 years recruitment experience and generated in excess of £1m revenue per year


Currently 7 in headcount and looking to double the business in 2025


Focusing on placing renewable energy professionals across UK, Europe & USA.

The business has enormous plans to grow & scale with headcount plans to be over 100 people in the coming years.


Leadership opportunities will be available within 3 years, if not sooner for high performers.


Realistic earning potential to earn 6 figures within 3 years of joining the business.

Sales Experience - Broking, Estate Agency, Cold calling experience is ideal.
