Environmental Consultant (Green Building)

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the implementation and coordination of the projects (BEAM, LEED, WELL) Conduct proposal and report for green building certifications Assist in preparing tender documents and submissions Assist in business development and pitching assignments to engage potential clients Requirements Degree holder At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in green building and sustainability projects Previous experience in LEED, BEAM Plus, is a must Previous experience in CFD & Building Sustainability Simulation, Energy Modelling, Daylighting Simulation, etc is an advantage Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage a team of consultants Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin The candidate must be BEAM Professional, LEED Accredited Professional or WELL Accredited Professional and at least a member HKIQEP The candidate must have completed platinum grade Green Building consultancy
