Responsibilities
- Conduct or lead environmental assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and oversee the production of Environmental Documents, including Environmental Impact Statements
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Create detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Oversee land development projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic analysis, roadway design, and transportation planning
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams for successful outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Experience in civil engineering focusing on environmental documentation and design
- Proven leadership in managing land development and transportation projects
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
