We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to oversee a large manufacturing company in Georgia. This role will be over EHS for two plants on a large property. The plants have air emission permitting requirements and a wastewater treatment plant. You will manage safety coordinators and oversee the OSHA health and safety of the plant. The plant historically performs well from an EHS standpoint, and they are always pushing for improvement. The position offers strong growth potential to other EHS corporate leadership positions. This is an impactful role in a global, sustainability-driven company. Relocation assistance is available.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Title 5 air emissions and other environmental regulations.
• Oversee the facility’s wastewater plant discharge.
• Manage and lead safety coordinators at two plants.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and improve safety programs to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor environmental performance and provide leadership on corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing.
• Expertise in Title 5 air emission regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing safety teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
