Location: Various locations across Ontario As an Environmental Lawyer, you will advocate for clients on environmental compliance, sustainability, and regulatory issues. You will represent clients in matters involving pollution control, land use, and conservation laws. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on environmental laws and regulations. Represent clients in litigation related to environmental issues. Draft legal documents, including permits and regulatory filings. Work on sustainability initiatives and risk management strategies. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar membership. Experience in environmental or regulatory law. Strong research, advocacy, and communication skills. Knowledge of federal and local environmental regulations.
