KU Resources is seeking an environmental project manager with 10 years’ experience or more working in environmental consulting to join our team at our Duquesne, Pennsylvania office. This position will be full-time with benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
· Preparation of proposals, budgets, letters, and reports
· Data tabularization, evaluation, and interpretation
· Develop, track, and manage project deliverables· Manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and project resources· Manage technical staff and subcontractors and allocate resources efficiently and effectively
· Train, educate, and develop team members on regulations, field procedures, and report preparation
· Interact and coordinate with clients, lenders, and regulatory agencies
· Occasional field work

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working within:
- Pennsylvania’s Land Recycling Program (Act 2)
- Pennsylvania’s Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Program
- Pennsylvania’s Management of Fill Policy
- ASTM E1527 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments
- Knowledge and experience working on local, state, and/or federal regulations, compliance, and permitting related to stormwater, air, waste, lead-based paint, and asbestos
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, or related field
- Pennsylvania-licensed Professional Geologist (PG) , but not required
- Experience with groundwater modeling and/or risk assessment are a plus, but not required
· Proven record of successfully managing a variety of environmental projects
· Effective communication skills, including:
· Able to communicate with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical
· Verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Organized, motivated, thorough, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass drug screening test
- Occasional exposure to outdoor elements including heat and cold, heights, working alongside traffic, etc.

· Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000, based on experience
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
