We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Paint Inspector or Risk Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dedicated, and able to perform lead-based paint inspections in New York City. We have a great process for making work-life more efficient with less time traveling.

Summary

• Conduct thorough LBP inspections using an XRF instrument or collect dust wipe samples for laboratory analysis
• Collect and store data in an organized manner
• Use company tools to communicate and relay information to other staff members

Qualifications

• US EPA Lead Inspector or Risk Assessor certified
• Experience with the use of XRF instrument and collection of lead wipe samples (dust wipes)
• Computer savvy, able to use basic software to generate emails and communicate with team members

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
