Matts Plowing Equipment Operators are assigned dedicated equipment working to remove snow from parking lots and/or sidewalks. Your duties involve operating specialized vehicles and machinery. Operators use a variety of equipment to safely move snow off parking and driving areas to designated snow storage areas.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, tractor loaders, front end loaders, and/or all-terrain vehicles.
Working Environment
- Work site is outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions.
- Work includes prolonged and repeated tasks.
- Working safely requires accurate hand-eye coordination.
Requirements
- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results.
- Transportation to company office, shop, yard or designated work site.
- Ability to show up early or on-time and communicate unavailability or conflicts days or weeks in advance.
- Flexibility to work and/or adjust to changes as the weather dictates when work is needed.
- Consistent availability according to the schedule you choose (choose to be available for work 24/7, only nights, only daytime, only morning, etc.).
