Looking for a skilled, hardworking, motivated Heavy Equipment Operators. Must be qualified to operate dozers, excavators, skid and front-end loaders, and perform manual labor.

The qualities that we require is punctuality, team player, honesty, and most of all, a hard worker. Someone who is not afraid to get dirty and can easily adapt to everyday changing situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Running necessary machinery that will sort, crush, and screen material

· Perform manual labor, shovel work, and operate power tools.

· Operate, in a safe manner, dozers, excavators, skid and front-end loaders, and other equipment as required.

· Operate specialized equipment, safely, and productively

· Maintain equipment, which includes making repairs when needed.

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work as a team, as well as independently

· Be responsible for production output, product quality

· Other duties that may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Recent experience of operating heavy equipment with a minimum of 5 consecutive years’ experience is a must

· High school diploma or GED.

· Must possess a valid driver's license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· This position is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.

· The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

· Ability to frequently work near moving mechanical parts.

· Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, crouch/crawl, and push/pull required.
