Equitable - ML Engineer 1 - Offshore

DayToDay Responsbilities: - Develop appropriate machine learning models for solving business problems and making them production ready. - Stay up to date with MLOPs tools and processes. - Write complex Hive SQL queries, including time-series analysis, aggregate analysis over large datasets, and multiple table joins. - Optimize queries for improved performance. - Code proficiently in Python and use open-source models. - Communicate complex ideas verbally and visually to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Automate and integrate machine learning processes. - Research and implement the latest solutions for data challenges. - Interpret and communicate the results of complex models to software engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders. Must Have: - At least 6 years of relevant work experience - Experience working on Customer analytics, cross sell, up sell & Retention Machine learning models - Knowledge of deploying AI Models - Experience with Databricks, implementing Databricks - Oversee the end-end machine learning and/or NLP pipeline from data ETL to building solutions, to operationalization of solutions - Building pipelines using Databricks - Python coding experience - This is a single contributor role.
