Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the commercial team to deliver accurate and timely estimates

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project requirements

Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates

Utilise industry knowledge to recommend value engineering solutions

Oversee the bid process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive quotes



Requirements:



Proven experience as an Estimating Manager in the construction industry

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and cost estimation

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and negotiation skills
