What you’ll be doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of civil engineering estimators
• Preparing comprehensive cost estimates covering labour, materials, and subcontractor costs
• Collaborating with electrical and procurement teams for accurate project estimates
• Reviewing project documentation and conducting site visits to gather data
• Analysing project requirements to identify cost-saving opportunities and assess risks

What we want from you

• Around 5 years’ experience in estimating large-scale construction or renewables projects
• Knowledge of construction standards, materials, and processes
• Degree in civil engineering, construction, business, or related field
• Full UK driving licence and proficiency in cost estimating software
